At Care Monitoring we are passionate about managing your call alerts so you can provide outstanding service to your service users without worrying about missed calls.

  • We would Monitor Service for every day alert triggered within 1-0 minutes off a late visit, make an outbound call to all the Carers allocated to the visit to establish the status and earliest time of arrival (ETA).
  • We would then make another outbound call or message to the service user to provide an update on the status and ETA.
  • With every alert once we have established whereabouts you will be sent a report. (Please see examples of report sent)
  • If in Case Carer's not answer the call we drop a message on him/her mobile (Hi,we have received an alert that you have not arrived at Mr xxxxxxx house,how long you will be so I may let them know.please don't forget to log in and out...Thanks.
  • Also send a message to the Care Coordinator on their mobile.
  • If for any reason the staff member is unobtainable or unable to attend the visit; another outbound call is made to the On Call or escalation number followed by a report to escalate the issue, so they can ensure the visit is properly covered. (Please see Example of flow chart & reports below)
